This mission echoes my early vocation as an elementary school teacher, where I first learned the joy and fulfillment derived from serving and uplifting others. My wife, Jennifer, a Waldorf Kindergarten teacher, has been my constant inspiration with her dedication and the pure joy she finds in her purposeful work. After years in finance and healthcare, I longed for a return to work that touches lives directly.

Through Hallmark, I aspire to weave my mother’s legacy of kindness into the fabric of my community, to foster joy and independence for our elders, and to celebrate the dedicated caregivers that we recruit,  who make it all possible.
