U.S. Army Medic Chooses Hallmark Homecare as First Business

Jan 15, 2026 / • Franchise Success

Sean’s military service in South Korea and Afghanistan instilled in him a servant’s heart—a commitment to connect, to care, and to make a tangible difference in people’s lives. Sean was seeking a business opportunity that is centered on helping others. Hallmark met that criteria for Sean, and he will start his Hallmark Homecare franchise in S. Tampa, FL.

“Launching Hallmark Homecare is more than a business venture—it’s an opportunity to build something meaningful for my community, to serve with compassion, and to create a legacy my family can be proud of.”

-Sean Eickoff

After his military service, Sean earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and built a decade-long career in financial planning and analysis, where he developed a deep appreciation for accuracy, timeliness, and data-driven decision-making. He is not completing an MBA and will dedicate his next chapter to Hallmark Homecare as his sole professional focus.

The Hallmark Homecare franchise can be successful for owner/operators as well as the right candidate for an executive model operation. There is plenty of open territory in all major markets. Please send all leads and territory checks to hallmarkleads@franchisefastlane.com.

Congratulations Sean, and also Doug Hoerster and Chris Hale of IFPG for this placement, as well as Teresa Wade and Mike Samson of Franchise FastLane!
