Hallmark Homecare, a Referral Agency offering caregiver recruiting and matchmaking services to the elderly, is pleased to announce that Tony Fulton has been appointed as the President of Hallmark Homecare. Fulton joined Hallmark’s affiliate, The Senior’s Choice, in 2003 and established Guardian Angels Homecare, a wildly successful senior care agency, located in Lincoln, Nebraska. Having built a talented team to operate Guardian Angels in his absence, Tony pursued his dream of public service beginning in 2007.
Tony was born in the small town of Auburn, Nebraska and earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering while also studying Philosophy and Theology. He served two terms as State Senator and later became Nebraska’s 23rd Tax Commissioner. An accomplished entrepreneur, Tony is intelligent, insightful, and is a well-known, widely trusted, and respected leader. His contributions are numerous as he continues serving on several community-based boards and is a Racing and Gaming Commissioner for the State of Nebraska. He resigned as Tax Commissioner at the end of last year and is excited about the bright future of Hallmark Homecare and its Franchise Partners.
Steve Everhart, Founder of Hallmark Homecare, states, “This is a very exciting time in my professional career. I feel the same energy and enthusiasm for the future of senior care as I did over twenty years ago. I am honored to share that my long-time dear friend and colleague, Tony Fulton, is in a position to support Hallmark Homecare at a pivotal point of fast-paced growth as the new President of Hallmark Homecare.”
Tony remarks, “I am forever grateful to Steve Everhart for the tools and guidance he provided me so many years ago when I started my homecare business. This has provided a livelihood for my family, and it has liberated me to pursue numerous passions and interests, which leads me today to Hallmark Homecare.”
Fulton is a dedicated family man. He and his wife of twenty-five years, Judy, have eight children ranging from twin boys who are twenty-four to their youngest boy who is five.
Hallmark Homecare offers an innovative concept to senior care – a “consumer direct” model of care with significant advantages to clients, caregivers, and franchise owners alike. Clients work with Hallmark’s Associates who interview them regarding their care needs and match them with credentialed, fully vetted, experienced, insured, reliable caregivers on a direct-hire basis. Caregivers benefit from Hallmark’s model by working directly for their clients offering them more hours and more pay than traditional home care agencies. Franchisees enjoy providing meaningful services that positively impact the lives of the elderly and their loved ones and a business that is recession-resistant with an ever-increasing demand for services.
