Eric was adopted as an infant from Bazil before calling Minnesota home. He’s married and the proud dad of 3 kids. Family and community have always been central to his life and has actively been involved serving as a head coach for many of his kid’s team sports over the years. In addition, he has been a regular and committed member of his local church for more than 12 years. Reinforcing his dedication to service, reliability, and community engagement.
Professionally, Eric brings over 25 years of experience in sales and business development across a wide range of industries, including insurance, medical services, and commercial real estate. Throughout his career, he has sold complex products and services, built long-term client relationships, and partnered with organizations to develop sustainable growth strategies. These years of experience has strengthened his ability to communicate effectively, understand client needs, and create value-driven solutions.
