Luke and Jenn Anderton recently became Hallmark Homecare franchise partners as first-time business owners. Joining other franchisees in the Tampa, FL area, Luke and Jenn were attracted to Hallmark Homecare because the market-disrupting model not only allows them to make a difference in their community but also to build a business to be a family affair and a legacy.

After seven years in the medical device industry in the St. Petersburg and Tampa, FL area, Luke was eager to pursue entrepreneurship and build a business with his wife, Jenn, and for his family, as Luke is a first-time dad to a 3-month-old baby girl. For 6 years, Jenn has worked for Johnson & Johnson as a Senior Account Specialist in the medical device sector. While Luke will take the lead on their new Hallmark Homecare business, Jenn will serve in a support role and increase her involvement as the business grows.
Hallmark Homecare is unlike the traditional homecare model because it’s a referral agency for caregiver recruitment and client matchmaking (the e-harmony of homecare). Clients save money, receive better care, and have more control. Caregivers earn higher wages and enjoy a better work arrangement.
