Hrishi Menon has become the first Hallmark Homecare franchise partner in Virginia. He recently joined the Hallmark Homecare franchise family by investing in four territories in the Richmond, VA area, and is a first-time business owner!
With a degree in electronics engineering, Hrishi came to the US in 2007. He has had a successful corporate career driving large projects across multiple teams as a cloud IAM and cybersecurity expert at Capital One. However, living the American Dream and being a business owner has always been Hrishi’s ultimate goal.

Hallmark Homecare is unlike the traditional homecare model because it’s a referral agency for caregiver recruitment and client matchmaking (the e-harmony of homecare). Clients save money, receive better care, and have more control. Caregivers earn higher wages and enjoy a better work arrangement. Franchisees enjoy a simple model, earn handsome profits and make a difference in the lives of others. The low-investment model has a fast ramp-up, is scalable, and provides recurring revenue. Hallmark is “not your mama’s homecare”, but it should be!
