Long Time Friends Partner as Franchisees in Arlington, VA

Iris Trieb and Aditya [Addy] Chopra, recently joined Hallmark Homecare as franchise partners for three territories in Arlington, VA, also known as The Queen City. Iris was eager to apply her two decades of corporate leadership in change management, strategy, systems development, and customer management to a business that would be a difference maker in her community. She was also interested in a low investment and a friendly start up concept. Her expertise includes Lean Six Sigma, Agile, business process improvement and technology and data solutions for commercial, non-profit and government clients. Hence, she was equipped to carefully analyze the Hallmark Homecare franchise opportunity.

“I was looking for a business that got me out from behind a desk and in front of people. I wanted to do something meaningful while earning a living. Being risk averse, I wanted something that mitigated my exposure. Hallmark, with its cost-efficient business model, met all of my needs.”

– Iris Trieb

As a lawyer-entrepreneur [MBA and JD], Addy, who has been a member of the Virginia bar for almost 20 years, figured out early that the conventional practice of law wasn’t for him. He considers himself far more of a businessperson than a lawyer. Addy is intrigued by what makes people and relationships hum. That’s what drives his interest and success in business. When exploring Hallmark Homecare, Addy was eager to gain confidence in the leadership team to guide his success.

“Through the discovery process, I was interested in knowing if the Hallmark guys [management] know what they are doing— do they have a track record in the business; are they committed to its success; and, finally, do I want them on my team? The answer to each of these queries was a resounding YES!”

-Addy Chopra

Hallmark Homecare is unlike the traditional homecare model because it’s a referral agency for caregiver recruitment and client matchmaking (the e-harmony of homecare). Clients save money, receive better care, and have more control. Caregivers earn higher wages and enjoy a better work arrangement. Franchisees enjoy a simple model, earn handsome profits and make a difference in the lives of others. The low investment model has a fast ramp up, is scalable, and provides recurring revenue. Hallmark is a “not your mama’s homecare”, but it should be!

The Hallmark Homecare franchise can be successful for owner/operators as well as the right candidate for an executive model operation. There is plenty of open territory in all major markets. Please send all leads and territory checks to hallmarkleads@franchisefastlane.com.

Congratulations Iris and Addy! Congrats also to Pete Gilfillan of FranChoice, and Teresa Wade and Don Tarinelli of Franchise FastLane.
