After several roles in the healthcare field as an employee, Stephen Ingersoll was ready to own his own business that would allow families to have more autonomy over the process of caring for their loved one, at home, on their terms. Stephen will launch his Hallmark Homecare business in two territories in the Charlotte, NC area.

Stephen has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has worked in acute care hospitals, outpatient clinics, and home health in clinical roles, but also in non-clinical roles such as Managed Care for Medicare Advantage members. With a family to support, Stephen was eager to start a business to provide for his family long-term. He recognized that a franchise business provides a path and support for a quick launch.
