Terence and Kimberly have been part of their local community for more than 35 years. They were seeking a business opportunity that would uphold their family values and have an impact on those around them. They will launch their Hallmark Homecare business in the Southwest Atlanta, GA area.

Terence, originally from Memphis, TN, enjoyed a nearly 40-year career in banking at various community and regional banks. His experience began as a part-time teller and progressed through senior and executive management, where he had a proven track record of building successful banking teams and fostering community relationships. Terence was a leader in youth organizations such as the Cascade Youth Organization (baseball coach and President) and Lakewood Boys and Girls Club, as well as local chambers of commerce and other civic associations.
Kimberly, an Atlanta native, has a background in healthcare and entrepreneurship. After college, she became a Licensed Practical Nurse and has cared for a full spectrum of patients, ranging from pediatric care to the elderly. She has worked in medical offices, senior care facilities, schools, and provided home nursing care. Kimberly was also a real estate agent, selling homes for her family’s business, A&W Realty. For the last 15+ years, she has been the owner of two Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academies in South Fulton County, focusing on nurturing young children’s growth and development.
Hallmark Homecare is unlike the traditional homecare model because it’s a referral agency for caregiver recruitment and client matchmaking (the e-harmony of homecare). Clients save money, receive better care, and have more control. Caregivers earn higher wages and enjoy a better work arrangement.
