Partners in Life are now Partners in Business
Charles and Virgina Keith recently became Hallmark Homecare franchise partners in the big state of Texas. While they’ve had real estate investments previously, Hallmark will be their first official “business” to own and operate together, and they are eager to make a difference in the lives of seniors and their community.

Charles and Virginia’s “life partnership” began when they met while they both were attending the University of Texas at Austin. Virginia studied advertising, while Charles majored in economics before they moved to AL where Charles completed his medical school and his general surgery residency. While in Birmingham, Virginia earned a master’s degree in education and taught elementary school, and their efforts to be “difference makers for the community” were launched. Today they reside in Tyler, TX with their two daughters where Charles practices bariatric and general surgery and Virginia is active in the community and with their daughters.
Hallmark Homecare is unlike the traditional homecare model because it’s a referral agency for caregiver recruitment and client matchmaking (the e-harmony of homecare). Clients save money, receive better care, and have more control. Caregivers earn higher wages and enjoy a better work arrangement. Franchisees enjoy a simple model, earn handsome profits, and make a difference in the lives of others. The low-investment model has a fast ramp-up, is scalable, and provides recurring revenue. Hallmark Homecare is the only homecare referral agency in franchising.
