Ashley began her career on a pre-med track and was accepted into the University of Cincinnati’s Nurse Practitioner program before discovering her passion for sales and recruiting. She co-founded Taylor Made Marketing with Austin, where she built and managed recruiting for a 100+ person outside sales team. She then spent seven years at Goken America, advancing from recruiter to leading business development in engineering. Across every role, her focus has been on building strong teams, cultivating relationships, and creating growth through straightforward leadership.
Austin has built his entire career on face-to-face sales and relationship building. From personally running in-person interviews and training at Taylor Made Marketing to leading capital equipment and medical device sales across dental, aesthetic, and cardiology markets, he has always thrived by being in front of customers, listening to their needs, and earning trust through consistency. At ZOLL Medical, where he now serves as Territory Manager, he partners directly with cardiologists, case managers, and hospital systems across Ohio, driving record-breaking growth through hands-on engagement and authentic customer relationships.
Hallmark Homecare is unlike the traditional homecare model because it’s a referral agency for caregiver recruitment and client matchmaking (the e-harmony of homecare).
