Shawn and Bahar Moozoun have always been involved in their community and volunteering to support their local church and schools. They were eager to return to business ownership after academic career pursuits and raising their children. The couple will launch their Hallmark Homecare franchise business in two territories in the Houston, TX market.

Bahar has been a college professor and also a substitute high school teacher; she and Shawn previously owned and operated a successful bakery business in Washington, DC before relocating to Houston, TX. Shawn is a seasoned technologist with a PhD and an MBA, transitioning into management roles leading technology teams and overseeing operations within organizations, including holding P&L responsibilities. They were attracted to Hallmark Homecare to mix their passion for entrepreneurship and love for people with a business with increasing demand and strong profit potential.
