Hallmark Homecare Expands in the Tampa Area of the Sunshine State
Michael Wang and Vanessa Le will launch Hallmark Homecare in one of the most populated areas for seniors in the US, the Sunshine State. They recently joined the franchise family with a two-territory investment in the Tampa, FL area.
Michael served 13 years in the USAF where he loaded munitions and maintained the weapon systems on F-16 aircraft. After leaving active duty, he became a Special Missions Aviator for HH-60G helicopters flying Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR). Michael went on to receive a Chemistry and Biomedical Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has worked most recently in sales in the electrophysiology and cardiac rhythm management fields.
Originally from Vietnam, Vanessa arrived in the US in 1996 at the age of 10. For the last 17 years, she has been a nail technician and recently opened her own business to serve a client base that she has worked with for more than a decade. She enjoys her client relationships where her ability to listen and support them is critical to her business’ success.

Hallmark Homecare is unlike the traditional homecare model because it’s a referral agency for caregiver recruitment and client matchmaking (the e-harmony of homecare). Clients save money, receive better care, and have more control. Caregivers earn higher wages and enjoy a better work arrangement. Franchisees enjoy a simple model, earn handsome profits, and make a difference in the lives of others. The low-investment model has a fast ramp-up, is scalable, and provides recurring revenue. Hallmark is “not your mama’s homecare”, but it should be!
