Hotlanta Welcomes Another Hallmark Homecare Franchise Partner

Jun 16, 2023 / • Franchise Success

Hallmark Homecare adds another “power couple” to its roster!

With market volatility becoming more of today’s “normal”, corporate executives are recognizing that there is no better time than now to seize the opportunity for financial freedom and control via business ownership. The Hallmark Homecare franchise opportunity is attractive to first-time business owners for many reasons, including the low investment, home-based operation, scalability, and its mission to make a positive impact on the community.

Hallmark Homecare now welcomes its third franchise partner to the Atlanta, GA market. Chris and Weng Hartman are the newest franchise partners to join the system with four territories.

Chris is an experienced consultant, having spent the past 15 years managing large-scale software deployment projects and programs, building and mentoring teams of consultants to achieve their full potential and drive results. He will now apply his passion and experience with projects and people through the Hallmark Homecare offering to elevate “southern hospitality” for our most treasured population – seniors. As his partner in this launch (and in life), Rowena Hartman brings her diverse leadership experience, background, and global perspective to this venture, having lived, worked, and studied in The Philippines, Australia, and the United States. Rowena is currently the Vice President of Strategy for a leading credit bureau and is a proud mother of four children. She serves as an inspiration to many women striving to balance work and family responsibilities.

“As experienced corporate athletes who have developed businesses and delivered results for large enterprises, we are excited for the opportunity to build, learn, and execute on OUR OWN business. We look forward to leveraging an established, proven model and tapping into the expertise of a strong leadership and support team.”

– Chris Hartman

Hallmark Homecare is unlike the traditional homecare model because it’s a referral agency for caregiver recruitment and client matchmaking (the e-harmony of homecare). Clients save money, receive better care, and have more control. Caregivers earn higher wages and enjoy a better work arrangement. Franchisees enjoy a simple model, earn handsome profits and make a difference in the lives of others. The low investment model has a fast ramp-up, is scalable, and provides recurring revenue. Hallmark is “not your mama’s homecare”, but it should be!

The Hallmark Homecare franchise can be successful for owners/operators as well as the right candidate for an executive model operation. There is plenty of open territory in all major markets. Please send all leads and territory checks to hallmarkleads@franchisefastlane.com.

Congratulations Chris and Weng! Congrats also to Jon Ostenson of IFPG, and Teresa Wade and Don Tarinelli of Franchise FastLane.
