Our story is deeply personal—it’s shaped by our own experiences. A few years ago, we faced the difficult journey of caring for Jeorgia’s mother when her health began to decline. As her needs grew beyond what we could manage alone, we felt overwhelmed, helpless, and unsure where to turn for support. Watching that beautiful angel struggle, and ultimately saying goodbye, left a lasting imprint on our hearts.

In those moments, we couldn’t help but think, What if we had done this? What if we had tried that? The questions lingered, and as we were forced to adjust to a new reality, our grief evolved into a powerful idea—to channel our hearts into something meaningful. That’s when we discovered the opportunity to bring Hallmark Homecare to Southeast Tarrant County, and it immediately felt like the perfect fit.

That experience opened our eyes to the challenges so many families face in finding trustworthy, compassionate care for their loved ones. It also planted a seed in us—a deep desire to be part of the solution. We wanted to turn our pain into purpose and help others navigate these difficult moments with more peace and support than we had.

We make sure that all independent caregivers we place have extensive experience.  We place private caregivers with verified credentials, like HHA, CNA or other such credentials.

Liability Insurance

We cover our placements with liability insurance and occupational accident insurance.

Professional Independent Caregiver Opportunities

Are you a caring and dependable independent caregiver wanting to make a real difference in the lives of seniors and their families?

Are you interested in making a substantially better wage as you deliver this vital service that you’ve been called to do?

Do you have the following qualifications?

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience
  • Professional certification (CNA, PCA or equivalent)
  • Legal ability to work (Proof of legal residency, green card, social security card, picture ID, etc.)
  • Clean criminal background check with a 7-year lookback
  • Positive professional references that can be verified
  • No state board or other disciplinary actions
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
  • Current health certificates as applicable (e.g. TB clearance, Hepatitis B screening, etc.)
