At Hallmark Homecare, we act as liaisons, recruiting caregivers and matching them with clients based on our unique proven framework. The caregivers undergo a comprehensive screening process to assess their experience and expertise. Following a careful matching process, caregivers are paired with clients to ensure that the individual needs of the client are met, thereby achieving complete satisfaction for the client. We cut out the middleman and this creates a mutually beneficial arrangement that reduces the cost of care for older adult clients while providing increased compensation to experienced caregivers.

Becoming a Hallmark Franchisee is very personal for both Praveena and Satya.

Praveena grew up with her maternal and paternal grandparents living in the same community. Both her parents and grandparents, as they were aging, had pre-existing conditions, that required someone to care for and provide medical assistance as needed. When she left the community in her late 20s, she lost both of her parents while she was in the states and couldn't be there in person to support them nor have formal home care setup to care for them. The experience was physically and emotionally draining, bringing to the forefront the pain of lacking formal home care or a local service that could have positively impacted not only her parents and grandparents but the entire family.

Satya all through his childhood, had seen his mother support and serve both his maternal and paternal grandmothers while taking care of her own family. It was an uphill task to care for both of them without proper medical or homecare back in the day. His closest family had the challenge to support his aunts who had departed due to mouth and Esophageal cancer. Day-to-day home care support would have brought in a significant change with medical assistance. Satya’s parents, currently aged 84 and 78 years old, live with preexisting conditions. It is disheartening for him to be not present daily to take care of them. His motivation to ensure that the senior home care is accessible to all elderly in need was a key factor that drove him to choose the entrepreneurial path in the senior home care industry.

Satya and Praveena, both with extensive experience in Information Technology in diverse leadership roles, are enthusiastic about embarking on an entrepreneurial journey that aims to have a positive impact on the lives of older adults their families and the community.

Praveena and Satya live in Gilbert, AZ with their two beautiful, loving, wonderful children Ari and Medha. They enjoy serving in a myriad of ways and bringing peace of mind to the aging adults and their families while providing career opportunities for independent and talented caregivers.
