Hallmark Homecare’s Disruptive Model Attracts another Franchise Partner

Jan 2, 2025 / • Franchise Success

Tony Grego has been very involved in his Cleveland, OH communities for many years and has recently experienced his family’s need for homecare first-hand. He has now decided to invest in Hallmark Homecare and be a difference maker through a franchise with the potential for great financial return as well. Tony will launch his Hallmark Homecare franchise business in three territories.

“I’m very excited to join the Hallmark family because it offers more than just financial reward; I can positively and meaningfully impact my community, which aligns with my values.”

-Tony Grego

Tony currently serves his communities via leadership roles in many nonprofit groups including The First Tee of Cleveland, the West Side Catholic Center, the National Alumni Board a John Carroll University, and St. Ignatius of Antioch. He was most recently Director of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting for Mister Car Wash (NYSE: MCW), the largest car wash operator in the U.S. and holds a BSBA in Accountancy.

Tony was looking to start a new career where he could achieve greater freedom and fulfillment while maintaining his family’s current lifestyle. He and his wife recently became caregivers for Tony’s grandfather in their home. This is one reason why a senior in-home care opportunity was appealing. He finds joy in engaging with others, whether through casual conversations or deeper interactions, always seeking to understand and support those that he meets. Tony’s warmth and genuine interest in people make him a natural connector, creating a strong sense of belonging, he hopes, wherever he goes. Tony believes these traits are important and will allow him to be successful in this endeavor with Hallmark.

Hallmark Homecare is unlike the traditional homecare model because it’s a referral agency for caregiver recruitment and client matchmaking (the e-harmony of homecare). Clients save money, receive better care, and have more control. Caregivers earn higher wages and enjoy a better work arrangement. Franchisees enjoy a simple model, earn handsome profits, and make a difference in the lives of others. The low-investment model has a fast ramp-up, is scalable, and provides recurring revenue. Hallmark Homecare is the only homecare referral agency in franchising.

The Hallmark Homecare franchise can be successful for owner/operators as well as the right candidate for an executive model operation. There is plenty of open territory in all major markets. Please send all leads and territory checks to hallmarkleads@franchisefastlane.com.

Congratulations Tony! Congrats also to David Floyd for this placement, and to Teresa Wade and Tommy Ryan of Franchise FastLane.
