With a career spanning over several decades, Laurie has a history of transformative leadership and mentoring to instructional design teams, showcasing her expertise in talent acquisition, training, and employee retention. For over 19 years of her career Laurie was instrumental in designing training programs for Home Instead Senior Care. She joins Hallmark Homecare to lead the franchisee onboarding and training experience.
