Holly most recently served as Business Performance Coach at Home Instead, where she played a crucial role in supporting franchise offices in the Midwest. After success in this area, Holly was selected solely to support underperforming offices across the country helping them achieve corporate revenue goals.
Prior to Home Instead, Holly spent 15 years as Specialty Retail District Manager, overseeing the profitability of 16 stores across three states. Her consistent top-tier performance set her apart, showcasing her ability to manage operations effectively and drive success in a challenging retail environment.
