More Territories for Hallmark Homecare Sold in the Rust Belt
Jennifer, David & Vince Rubino are the second franchise partners for the Hallmark Homecare franchise in Ohio. They are not new to the healthcare industry, and recognized this market disrupting franchise as a winning opportunity for their most recent investment. As the newest Hallmark Homecare franchise partners, David and Jennifer are joining the system with four territories in the Youngstown, OH area.
Both David and Jennifer grew up in Ohio and call Youngstown, OH their home. David has worked primarily in pharmaceutical sales for the last 25 years. Jennifer has owned and operated MR Lab Services, a full time lab supply and consulting company.

Hallmark Homecare is unlike the traditional homecare model because it’s a referral agency for caregiver recruitment and client matchmaking (the e-harmony of homecare). Clients save money, receive better care, and have more control. Caregivers earn higher wages and enjoy a better work arrangement.
