The Market Disrupting Hallmark Homecare Model Expands in Tampa, FL
Chris and Melony Frizzell recently became Hallmark Homecare franchise partners as first-time business owners. Joining other franchisees in the Tampa, FL area, Chris and Melony were attracted to Hallmark Homecare because the market-disrupting model will allow them to help solve the problem of needing a better homecare alternative for seniors than the traditional agency model.
Chris is a father and loving husband who has spent his career in the SaaS and technology industry. Serving as a sales leader, overlay, and individual contributor he’s always prided himself on establishing relationships of trust and impact beyond the board room. Melony is a loving wife and proud mother who currently serves as an executive leader in training and professional development in the financial services industry. She is passionate about making an impact to those she serves and supports throughout her organization. Her strong faith is at the center of everything she’s about and reflects in her work and to those she comes into contact with.

Hallmark Homecare is unlike the traditional homecare model because it’s a referral agency for caregiver recruitment and client matchmaking (the e-harmony of homecare). Clients save money, receive better care, and have more control. Caregivers earn higher wages and enjoy a better work arrangement. Franchisees enjoy a simple model, earn handsome profits and make a difference in the lives of others. The low investment model has a fast ramp up, is scalable, and provides recurring revenue. Hallmark is a “not your mama’s homecare”, but it should be!
