New Franchise Partners are Bringing Hallmark Homecare to Wisconsin
Lane and Shannon Peters have a special heart towards the aging community and are now launching Hallmark Homecare to make a difference in their Onalaska, WI area communities. They plan on working as a partnership in their Hallmark Homecare franchise, to add to their existing real estate investment and life insurance sales companies.

Lane and Shannon Peters have been married for almost 20 years, and they have three children ages 8 to 14. Lane has enjoyed a 20-year engineering career in the utility, construction, and healthcare sectors. Shannon has been an educator for more than 19 years. They have seen a need for providing care in the home for seniors after watching their own families struggle during and after COVID-19.
Hallmark Homecare is unlike the traditional homecare model because it’s a referral agency for caregiver recruitment and client matchmaking (the e-harmony of homecare). Clients save money, receive better care, and have more control. Caregivers earn higher wages and enjoy a better work arrangement.
