Hallmark Homecare Welcomes its First Franchise Partner for Morgantown, WV

Mike and Sue Crawford’s journey spans over 40 years, beginning in high school. Mike earned his BS in Physics while Sue pursued Gerontology, both at Colorado State University. After graduation, Mike joined the Navy, and a year later, they married. Mike’s career roles have included sales, manufacturing, and operations. Now, with a first grandchild in the family, Mike and Sue want to be closer to family in Virginia and are relocating from Colorado to West Virginia and will launch Hallmark Homecare in a single territory to start. They plan to use Sue’s experience and Mike’s entrepreneurial drive to embark on a new venture within the Hallmark system, aiming to revolutionize senior care.
Hallmark Homecare is unlike the traditional homecare model because it’s a referral agency for caregiver recruitment and client matchmaking (the e-harmony of homecare). Clients save money, receive better care, and have more control. Caregivers earn higher wages and enjoy a better work arrangement.
