Will Thach recently joined the Hallmark Homecare franchise family to make a difference in his community of Charlotte, NC area. Over the last two decades, Will witnessed the challenges that his family experienced with homecare providers, and decided to take action to evoke change.
After a career in finance working for leading international organizations, including S&P, RBC, and more, Will is shifting focus to a business with purpose that generates profit, Hallmark Homecare. He recognized Hallmark’s unique business model enables seniors to age in place at home, with the better caregivers and at a lower cost than what traditional agencies provide

Hallmark Homecare is unlike the traditional homecare model because it’s a referral agency for caregiver recruitment and client matchmaking (the e-harmony of homecare). Clients save money, receive better care, and have more control. Caregivers earn higher wages and enjoy a better work arrangement. Franchisees enjoy a simple model, earn handsome profits and make a difference in the lives of others. The low investment model has a fast ramp up, is scalable, and provides recurring revenue.
