With a passion to serve those that are most vulnerable, our seniors, Emile and Kia Lumas decided to align their mission with that of Hallmark Homecare. They will launch their franchise business in two territories in the Dallas Fort Worth, TX area.

Emile and Kia are originally from New Orleans, LA but have made a home in Keller, TX. Kia has worked in sales and led claims organizations in the insurance sector, and Emile is an engineer who has worked in telecommunications and supply chain. Kia will take the full-time lead on their new Hallmark Homecare business with ongoing support from Emile.
Hallmark Homecare is unlike the traditional homecare model because it’s a referral agency for caregiver recruitment and client matchmaking (the e-harmony of homecare). Clients save money, receive better care, and have more control. Caregivers earn higher wages and enjoy a better work arrangement.
