Disruptive Franchise Business Model Attracts Another Franchise Partner
After a successful career as a senior executive in the global retail industry, Alan Reyes realized that caring directly for other people and making a real difference in their lives was his true calling. He has decided to invest in Hallmark Homecare and be a difference maker through a franchise investment. Alan will launch his Hallmark Homecare business in two territories in the Las Vegas/Henderson, NV area.
“I chose Hallmark Homecare over other franchise opportunities because of its innovative business model in a growing industry, relatively low start-up costs, and highly experienced and supportive leadership team.”
-Alan Reyes
As a Filipino-American, Alan grew up in a large and tightly knit family that deeply valued elders. He has been surrounded by relatives working in healthcare as physicians, nurses, CNAs, and caregivers; caring for others has been part of his life and culture.
After graduating from Harvard, Alan’s retail career included responsibility for all aspects of supply chain and inventory management for a 500M business and a team of 25+ planners and analysts. His favorite part of the job was hiring new team members and helping them grow and develop. This influenced him to become a foster parent and adopt two boys. Through the Hallmark Homecare discovery process, Alan became excited that the model can help families find better caregivers at a more affordable price as well as provide higher wages to the caregivers.
Hallmark Homecare is unlike the traditional homecare model because it’s a referral agency for caregiver recruitment and client matchmaking (the e-harmony of homecare). Clients save money, receive better care, and have more control. Caregivers earn higher wages and enjoy a better work arrangement. Franchisees enjoy a simple model, earn handsome profits, and make a difference in the lives of others. The low-investment model has a fast ramp-up, is scalable, and provides recurring revenue. Hallmark Homecare is the only homecare referral agency in franchising.
The Hallmark Homecare franchise can be successful for owner/operators as well as the right candidate for an executive model operation. There is plenty of open territory in all major markets. Please send all leads and territory checks to hallmarkleads@franchisefastlane.com.
Congratulations Alan! Congrats also to Jamie Major and IFPG for this placement, and to Teresa Wade and Tommy Ryan of Franchise FastLane.
