Tim Leow has joined the Hallmark Homecare franchise family to launch his business in the Chapel Hill, NC area, investing in three territories. With a strong desire to give back to the community, Tim’s background in business building early-stage corporate brands while scaling revenue positions him to excel as a Hallmark franchise partner.

Tim Leow moved to the US from London to pursue a career in technology. Tim’s vision, cross-functional leadership, and ability to galvanize high-performing teams powered a 20-year history of record sales, expansion, and revenue optimization. But he is now eager to build something for himself and have more control over his future. The Hallmark mission hit home to Tim and his wife, as they experienced the need for homecare with a family member. Building on those takeaways, he is passionate about scaling a business with a sense of purpose and a recurring revenue stream for his family.
