Medical Device Sales Leader Leaves Corporate America to be a Business Owner
Tyson has always had a passion for helping people reach their full potential, whether in his role as a baseball coach or in fast-paced, high-performance sales environments. He is the first Hallmark Homecare Franchise Owner in the state of California, and he will launch his franchise in two territories in the Chino Hills, CA area.
Tyson has spent more than two decades in the medical device industry in leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence. All positions have focused on patient outcomes and improving their quality of life. In 2023, he lost his dad (his best friend), but fortunately, his dad spent his final days at home, due to in-home care, similar to what Hallmark Homecare offers. Tyson recognized this high value for everyone involved and feels the calling to help others through a business that is life changing. He is excited to have start a venture with the support of his wife, Brigitte, that will be fulfilling and meaningful.
Hallmark Homecare is unlike the traditional homecare model because it’s a referral agency for caregiver recruitment and client matchmaking (the e-harmony of homecare). Clients save money, receive better care, and have more control. Caregivers earn higher wages and enjoy a better work arrangement.
