Hallmark Homecare Expands to the Gem State of Idaho
A decade old friendship has now become a business partnership for Ryan Fullmer and Zach and Julie Springer. The group recently joined the Hallmark Homecare franchise family with a three territory investment that nows sells out the Boise, ID market.
Julie, Ryan and Zach have been friends for 10 years. In considering Hallmark Homecare, they were attracted to the idea of making a difference in the lives of families and caregivers via a model with a leadership team who have figured out how to build a successful business that is a win-win-win solution. Zach brings the energy, bold ideas and heart for serving people. For the past six years, Ryan and Julie have run a business providing business coaching, training and consulting to leaders around strategic planning and agile ways of working. Zach began his career as a case manager with the federal courts. In 2017, he took the leap to work full-time for himself, designing websites for small business owners. Zach enjoys the creativity and helping people build their brands and attract customers.

Hallmark Homecare is unlike the traditional homecare model because it’s a referral agency for caregiver recruitment and client matchmaking (the e-harmony of homecare). Clients save money, receive better care, and have more control. Caregivers earn higher wages and enjoy a better work arrangement. Franchisees enjoy a simple model, earn handsome profits and make a difference in the lives of others. The low investment model has a fast ramp up, is scalable, and provides recurring revenue. Hallmark is a “not your mama’s homecare”, but it should be!
