Franchise Partners Launch in San Antonio, TX with Five Territories
As the saying goes, “everything’s bigger inTexas”, so is the enthusiasm of Chad and Tricia Hahlen to bring Hallmark Homecare to San Antonio, TX for not one territory, but to launch in five!
Chad has successfully lead sales teams over the past twenty-five years in the banking technology vertical, most recently as VP of Sales at DefenseStorm. Tricia has worked in the banking and investment services industry, and recently wrapped up her finance career with Alliance Bernstein. Chad and Tricia have built their life together since age 16, and they are eager to now build a business together that can change lives. While they moved from Ohio to San Antonio 15 years ago, they state that they will “always bleed the scarlet and gray of the Ohio State Buckeyes!”

Hallmark Homecare is unlike the traditional homecare model because it’s a referral agency for caregiver recruitment and client matchmaking (the e-harmony of homecare). Clients save money, receive better care, and have more control. Caregivers earn higher wages and enjoy a better work arrangement. Franchisees enjoy a simple model, earn handsome profits and make a difference in the lives of others. The low investment model has a fast ramp up, is scalable, and provides recurring revenue.
