As an experienced, dedicated, and detail-oriented accounting professional, Tammy has been meeting the accounting needs of corporations in the Orange County area for over two decades. She has been in her role as the Accounting Manager of Hallmark Homecare since January of 2020 where she manages all the accounting and financial responsibilities for the company. In addition to her corporate duties, she serves the Franchise Partners as their Accounting Coach. In this role, she guides our franchisees in the process of setting up and maintaining their accounting systems as well as offering ongoing coaching and support as needed.
Some of her accomplishments during her career include leading major corporations through acquisitions. Her role as Accounting Manager for L&L Foods was vital to the company’s growth from $150 million in revenue to over $800 million in 4 years. Moreover, she possesses experience in facilitating acquisitions from U.S. and European publicly traded corporations. She has a passion for accounting and finds pride in contributing to the success of the companies she works for.
The other passions in Tammy’s life are her love for the mountains and spending time with her partner, Scott, and their beloved dogs, Ava and Theo. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, mountain biking, or traveling around with her family in their travel trailer looking for their next adventure. Her favorite quote by philosopher William Paley is: “There is a principle which is a bar against all information, which is proof against all arguments, and which cannot fail to keep a man in everlasting ignorance—that principle is contempt prior to investigation.” Translation: always stay curious!
