A Spotlight on Holly – Hallmark’s Franchise Performance Coach

Feb 14, 2024 / • HHC News & PR

Holly is a results-driven professional with a proven history of success. Her journey in the senior care industry began as a Business Performance Coach in the homecare industry, where she played a crucial role in supporting franchise offices in the Central Region. Following her contributions to the Central region, Holly was selected solely to support underperforming offices, helping them navigate challenges and guiding them toward sustainable growth. She thoroughly enjoys being at the forefront, providing support to owners on their journey as they make a positive impact on older adults and their families within their local communities.

Prior to her role in Performance Coaching, Holly spent 15 years as a Specialty Retail District Manager, overseeing the profitability of 16 stores across three states. Her consistent top-tier performance set her apart from her peers, showcasing her ability to manage operations effectively and drive success in a challenging retail environment.

Holly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Sales Management from the University of Nebraska. Beyond her professional achievements, she is a dedicated wife to her husband Matt, a loving mother to two children, Dylan, and Marissa, and a loving owner of the family’s two kitty cats. In her free time, Holly enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as traveling. She spends many of her weekends traveling with her daughter to cheer competitions, for which Marissa’s team recently earned a bid to a major competition in Orlando this Spring. One of Holly’s favorite travel traditions though is her family’s annual trip to Maui. Holly also dedicates her time and passion as a member of the Omaha Professional Women for Good (Grapevine Giving Circle) organization.

Holly’s talents and positive attitude have been an amazing asset to our Hallmark Homecare team. We look forward to the many contributions she will continue to provide to support our growth and development.
