The Hoosier State Welcomes a First Hallmark Homecare Franchise Partner

Norbert and Angie spent more than 30 years as coaches and recruiters for collegiate athletics and academic programs. They were seeking a business opportunity that would allow a transfer of those skills, and enable them to take control of their family’s future through business ownership. They will launch their Hallmark Homecare business in the Indianapolis, IN area in two territories.

“We are most excited about becoming Hallmark owners because Hallmark is meeting a critical need of providing in-home care for seniors and those needing personal assistance. It is a low investment, home-based, and there is great and sustained opportunity for financial success.”

-Norbert Elliott

Originally from Nassau, Bahamas, track and field brought Norbert to the US via an athletic scholarship. He was a two-time All-American who became a two-time Olympian in the Triple Jump. His own training helped him realize his love for coaching athletes and making a difference in the lives of others. At Purdue University, Norbert was the Head Track and Field and Cross-Country Coach. In that role, he hired and managed coaching and support staff, managed a multi-million-dollar budget, recruited athletes, and developed high performing individuals and teams, and coached multiple Olympic Gold Medalists and NCAA National Champions.

Angie’s career has been at the collegiate level as well, coaching and advising for more than 30 years. She was the Head Coach at the University of Connecticut and Michigan State University, and most recently was an academic advisor of students in Health Sciences and Nursing programs. Recruiting and building relationships has always been the life blood of a coach, and Norbert and Angie are confident that these skills will help guide their success Hallmark Homecare franchise owners.

Hallmark Homecare is unlike the traditional homecare model because it’s a referral agency for caregiver recruitment and client matchmaking (the e-harmony of homecare). Clients save money, receive better care, and have more control. Caregivers earn higher wages and enjoy a better work arrangement. Franchisees enjoy a simple model, earn handsome profits and make a difference in the lives of others. The low investment model has a fast ramp up, is scalable, and provides recurring revenue. Hallmark Homecare is the only homecare referral agency in franchising.

The Hallmark Homecare franchise can be successful for owner/operators as well as the right candidate for an executive model operation. There is plenty of open territory in all major markets. Please send all leads and territory checks to hallmarkleads@franchisefastlane.com.

Congratulations Norbert and Angela, and also to Colvin Akers of Franchise Sidekick for this placement, Teresa Wade and Mike Samson of Franchise FastLane!
