He will launch his Hallmark Homecare business in Nashville, TN area in two territories.

Dylan and his wife, Emily, welcomed their first child earlier in 2025. With that life event, his perspective on life and a legacy for family changed. He wanted his day-to-day efforts to have meaning beyond a profitable bottom line. After 8 years of an award-winning career in medical device sales, Dylan will shift from healthcare industry focus to the homecare industry and become a first-time business owner.
