Steve Everhart – President, Founder
Hallmark Homecare founder Steve Everhart brings a wealth of experience from his years of leadership in the senior care field. In 1999, Steve created The Senior’s Choice®, which has since grown in the largest and most recognizable membership network of independent senior care providers in the world. Through The Senior’s Choice®, Steve has helped hundreds of senior care professionals launch and grow their own award-winning homecare companies. Steve is also an owner of Sequoia Senior Solutions, LLC, headquartered in Petaluma, California, that area’s largest in-home care provider serving five North Bay counties with almost 400 caregivers on staff. Now, Hallmark Homecare represents a fusion of Steve’s years of experience in the senior care industry — an organization that embodies what he believes are the essential qualities of a top-tier Private Duty Placement Service: honesty, integrity and a commitment to providing highly trained and reliable caregivers for their clients.
Peter Droubay – Chief Operating Officer
Peter Droubay has extensive experience in the homecare field. He is a CSA and has been in charge of training senior care business owners who are members of The Senior’s Choice for over 10 years. During that time he has assisted hundreds of in-home care agencies to launch and grow their business. Peter also brings a wealth of experience in marketing, sales, and business management to the team, having founded numerous businesses. He is also a well-known and highly-thought-of speaker, author, and sales trainer. His efforts have helped to quickly build Hallmark Homecare and he continues to play a vital role in the growth of the company.
AnNita Klimecka – Director of Care
AnNita has a long history of serving seniors. As the former owner of an in-home senior care agency, and a credentialed professional in the health care and senior care field, she has worked with hundreds of families to provide needed in-home care for the elderly and/or ailing members of the family. At Hallmark Homecare, she oversees our care consultants and works with clients to assess their needs. Based on these assessments, we are able to search for the ideal caregivers.
Nona Everhart – CFO and Accounting
Nona’s finance, accounting, administrative and training skills keep Hallmark Homecare in business and able to help our clients. She is a critical member of the executive team and works diligently to ensure that all works well.
Matt Olin – Marketing and Public Relations
Matt Olin helped to grow and operate a very successful in-home care agency, Partners In Care of the Carolinas, in Charlotte, NC. Since then, Matt has brought his knowledge and insight on the senior care field to Hallmark Homecare’s management staff, where he provides a wide range of support, and well as overseeing marketing and PR initiatives for the organization.
Myrna Louk – Office Manager
Myrna is a cornerstone at Hallmark Homecare’s corporate office, keeping our internal system running smoothly and efficiently. Her operational and communication skills make certain that the Hallmark management staff can stay focused on finding, guiding and supporting our clients.
